Cybersecurity firm Darktrace PLC has announced the successful satisfaction of all regulatory and antitrust conditions for its acquisition by Luke Bidco Limited, a company backed by private equity firm Thoma Bravo. The all-cash acquisition will be completed via a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, expected to become effective on October 1, 2024. Darktrace shareholders have the option to receive their sale proceeds in GBP sterling through a currency conversion facility by September 30, 2024.
