Darktrace PLC has announced that its board of directors agreed to an all-cash acquisition by Luke Bidco Limited, resulting in the full vesting of performance-based and time-based conditional awards for key management personnel. Top executives, including CFO Catherine Graham, CTO Jack Stockdale, and CSO Nicole Eagan, have acquired substantial shares upon vesting.
