Darktrace (GB:DARK) has released an update.
Darktrace PLC has announced a significant change in share ownership, with Morgan Stanley acquiring voting rights that have crossed a notable threshold on August 16, 2024. Morgan Stanley now controls a combined voting rights percentage of just over 5%, with the majority of these rights attached directly to shares and a small portion through financial instruments such as an equity swap. The details of this acquisition were completed and notified to Darktrace on August 20, 2024, in Glasgow.
