Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has recently bought back 88,555 of its own shares, a move that is part of a larger $500 million share repurchase plan, which is now in its final stage. These shares, purchased through J.P. Morgan Securities, will be held in treasury and are intended to fulfill obligations from employee share schemes. With this latest transaction, the Company’s total number of shares in issue remains at 1,701,253,787, all of which carry voting rights.
