Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has reported the purchase of 93,515 of its own shares, which will be held in treasury to fulfill employee share scheme obligations. This buyback is part of a larger $500 million program, with this transaction forming the final stage of a $250 million equivalent share buyback previously announced. Post-purchase, the Company’s total number of voting rights remains at 1,700,277,395 Ordinary Shares.
