Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC recently disclosed transactions by their Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR), indicating acquisitions of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and ordinary shares by non-executive directors Liat Ben-Zur and Leanne Wood. Ben-Zur acquired 4,300 ADRs at a price of USD 29.9400 each, while Wood purchased 1,300 ordinary shares at GBP 23.1738 each, transactions conducted on the OTC Markets and London Stock Exchange respectively.
