Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC recently bought back 74,627 of its own shares, a move that falls under the second phase of its $500 million share repurchase plan announced in November 2023. These shares, acquired through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, will be held in treasury to fulfill future employee share scheme obligations. With this purchase, the total number of voting rights in the company remains at 1,700,942,552 Ordinary Shares.
