Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has announced a purchase of 76,455 of its ordinary shares on July 17, 2024, as part of a larger $500 million share buyback program. These shares are to be held in treasury, primarily to fulfill obligations related to employee share schemes. This move follows the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its share capital, as it maintains 1,700,606,353 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the market.
