Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has reported the buyback of 115,703 of its own shares, which will be held in treasury, primarily to fulfill employee share scheme obligations. This transaction is part of a larger $500 million share buyback program, with the recent stage amounting to approximately £196.7 million. Following this recent buyback, the total number of Compass Group’s voting rights remains at 1,700,761,153 Ordinary Shares.
