Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 62,453 of its own shares on July 18, 2024, as part of a larger $500 million repurchase program announced previously. Shares bought are to be held in treasury, primarily to fulfill employee share scheme obligations. The company’s total number of shares in issue and voting rights remains at 1,700,543,900 following the transaction.
