Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 63,460 of its own shares as part of a larger $500 million share buyback initiative, with the shares intended for treasury and employee share schemes. The recent transaction, executed through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, is part of the second phase of the buyback, which amounts to approximately £196.7 million. Following the buyback, the total number of voting rights in the company remains at 1,700,480,440 Ordinary Shares.
