China Communications Executives Reshuffle

China Communications Services (HK:0552) has released an update.

China Communications Services Corporation Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Zhang Xu as Executive Director, Executive Vice President, and CFO effective 31 May 2024, and the appointment of Mr. Shen Aqiang to these positions. Mr. Shen’s appointment as Executive Director is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM on 20 June 2024. The company is actively seeking a female director to address the lack of gender diversity on the Board following Ms. Zhang’s departure.
