China Communications Services has announced the renewal of its continuing connected transactions with China Telecom for another three years starting in 2025. These transactions, governed by the 2024 Supplemental Agreements, involve substantial shareholder China Telecom and require certain regulatory approvals due to their scale. The agreements will include new annual caps and are subject to reporting and review requirements under Hong Kong’s listing rules.
