Centrica (GB:CNA) has released an update.
Centrica PLC has announced the purchase of 400,000 of its own shares at a price of 128.0200 pence per share, to be held as treasury shares, under its buyback program initiated on 8 August 2024. As a result of ongoing share buybacks, Centrica now holds over 440 million treasury shares, with the total cost of purchases since the program’s start reaching nearly £7.9 million.
