Capita plc (GB:CPI) has released an update.
Capita plc has announced an update to its total voting rights, with a capital consisting of 1,701,273,523 ordinary shares as of April 30, 2024, all carrying equal voting power and none held in Treasury. Shareholders may use this figure to gauge changes in their stake in the company. Notably, 10,268,139 shares are held by the Capita Employee Benefit Trust and are not counted in the EPS calculation.
