Bank of China (HK:3988) has released an update.
Bank of China Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 2.364 per 10 shares for the year ending 31 December 2023, with a shareholder approval date of 28 June 2024. The dividend will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 2.5906963, with payment scheduled for 05 August 2024. The announcement also details the withholding tax rates for different types of shareholders, notably 10% for non-resident individuals and enterprises, and 20% for investors of the Southbound Trading.
