Mr. E Weinan has resigned from his position as Independent Non-executive Director of Bank of China Limited, effective 5 July 2024, citing personal work arrangements. He leaves amicably, with no disagreements with the Board and no issues requiring shareholder attention, and the Board has expressed gratitude for his contributions.
