Bank of China (HK:3988) has released an update.
Bank of China Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 2.364 per 10 shares for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with shareholders’ approval on 28 June 2024. The dividend will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.095895215, with the payment date set for 05 August 2024. Non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders will face a 10% withholding tax, while investors of the Southbound Trading will be subjected to a 20% tax.
