APPLUS SERVICES (ES:APPS) has released an update.
Applus Services S.A. has announced that it is the sole bidder for 80% of the shares of IDIADA Automotive Technology, SA after the opening of the technical offer. The economic offer will be revealed on July 3rd, 2024, which will lead to a proposal for the most advantageous offer. The final decision on the sale will be made after the evaluation of the offers post-July 3rd.
