Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced its recent acquisition of 796 shares of Applus Services at a price of 12.78 euros per share, increasing its holding to 72.38% of Applus’s share capital as part of its takeover bid for the company. This move is a step towards the delisting of Applus from the stock market.
