Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced the acquisition of an additional 59 shares of Applus Services, S.A. at a price of 12.78 euros per share, increasing its ownership to 93,426,676 shares, which corresponds to 72.38% of the company’s share capital. This move is part of a takeover bid by the Offeror for the delisting of Applus, as submitted to the National Securities Market Commission on 19 July 2024.
