APPLUS SERVICES (ES:APPS) has released an update.
Applus Services announces an update in their Audit Committee, with Mr. Alexander Metelkin appointed as a new member, replacing Mr. Maxime Jacqz, and Ms. María Cristina Henríquez de Luna Basagoiti taking over as Chair. The committee’s composition is now three members following these changes.
