APPLUS SERVICES (ES:APPS) has released an update.
At the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, Applus Services S.A. passed the majority of proposed resolutions, excluding the ratification and reelection of two proprietary directors. The Board of Directors has been reduced to four members and Ms. Linda Zhang was appointed as Vice President with a casting vote. Following these changes, the board now consists of four members, including Mr. Christopher Cole as Chairman.
