Applus Services, S.A. has announced that its Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting approved all proposed resolutions, except for two concerning the ratification and re-election of directors. Additionally, four Board members resigned to reduce the Board size, leading to the appointment of Linda Zhang as Vice President with a casting vote.
