Applus Services, S.A. has announced an Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting to be held virtually on July 18th, 2024, to discuss the Board of Directors’ report on a proposal for the delisting of the company’s shares, as well as a public takeover bid for delisting by Amber EquityCo, S.L.U.
