APPLUS SERVICES (ES:APPS) has released an update.
Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has announced the purchase of an additional 6,189 shares of Applus Services at a price of €12.78 per share, which will increase its holding to 71.29% of Applus’s share capital, a move associated with the Offeror’s takeover bid for the company’s delisting.
