Applus Services, S.A. has announced an Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for July 18-19, 2024, to be conducted online, where key decisions including the delisting from several stock exchanges, amendments to the Corporate Bylaws, and board member elections will be addressed. Shareholders can submit proposals and cast their votes remotely in various ways ahead of the meeting. The Board of Directors has also arranged for a Notary to officially record the meeting proceedings.
