Applus Services S.A. is set to hold an Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting on July 18, 2024, to discuss key corporate matters including the delisting of the company’s shares from various stock exchanges and amendments to the Corporate Bylaws. The meeting, prompted by shareholder Amber EquityCo S.L.U., will also cover the re-election of board members and the approval of intragroup loans.
