Amber JVCo Limited has announced the successful acquisition of a 70.65% stake in Applus Services, S.A. following the authorized takeover offer by Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. Post-settlement, a shareholders’ agreement was executed among Amber JVCo shareholders, adhering to the terms outlined in the previously released Offer prospectus.
