APPLUS SERVICES (ES:APPS) has released an update.
Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has notified Applus Services of its intent to exercise its right to proportional representation on the Board of Directors due to upcoming vacancies. Amber has organized two groups of shares, each representing 30% of Applus’ share capital, and plans to attend the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for June 27, 2024.
