Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. has reported the acquisition of 5,541 shares of Applus Services at a price of 12.78 euros each, increasing their ownership to 71.85% of Applus’s share capital. This move is part of the takeover bid for the delisting of Applus Services, with the intention of privatization.
