Strong Performance in Australia
Australian operations saw significant growth with a 93% increase in operating days following the acquisition of Saxon Energy Services. Australian Q3 revenue per operating day increased by 42% year-over-year.
Increased CPS Segment EBITDA
The CPS segment reported a 34% year-over-year increase in EBITDA and a 31% increase in EBITDA margin for Q3 2024.
Strong Financial Position
Total Energy had $97.3 million of positive working capital and $61.9 million of cash as of September 30, 2024. The senior bank debt to bank EBITDA ratio was 0.26.
Expansion in Asian LNG Market
Total Energy increased its capital budget by $19.8 million to upgrade Saxon rigs and pursue growth opportunities in the Asian LNG market.
