              King's Bay Resources Corp is a Vancouver-based mineral resource company. Principally, it is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, developing and evaluating mineral resource properties. Its Lynx Lake property covers over 239 square kilometers and is located in southern Labrador, approximately 100 kilometers southeast of Happy Valley-Goose Bay. The company's Quebec Cobalt property is located approximately 175 kilometers northeast of Umiujag, Quebec and consists of over 19 mineral claims encompassing approximately 2164 acres. The North Trump Island Property consists of over 8 mineral claims encompassing an area of approximately 2 square kilometers and is located approximately 7 kilometers south of the town of Twillingate, Newfoundland and Labrador.
