                Company Description

                PRO Real Estate Investment

                PRO Real Estate Investment Trust is an open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT's segments include four classifications of investment properties - Retail, Office, Commercial Mixed Use and Industrial. All of the REIT's activities are located in one geographical segment - Canada. The company's portfolio is diversified by property type and geography across Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Ontario, and Alberta. Its objective is to maintain a combination of short, medium and long-term debt maturities that are appropriate for the overall debt level of its portfolio, considering the availability of financing and market conditions, and the financial characteristics of each property. It derives key revenue from the Retail segment.
