On January 15, 2025, Home Federal Bank promoted Mr. Adalberto Cantu, Jr. to Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer as part of a management realignment. This move, endorsed by the bank’s President and CEO, Mr. James R. Barlow, aims to enhance the bank’s response to the growing complexities in its lending operations and regulatory environment. Consequently, Mr. K. Matthew Sawrie and Mr. David S. Barber, who are Senior Vice Presidents of Commercial and Mortgage Lending respectively, will now report to Mr. Cantu and will no longer serve as executive officers.
