We do not view ABNB's 3Q results or 4Q guidance as thesis changing. With ABNB's multiple continuing to decline toward BKNG's (MO, $5,400 PT), we look for evidence ABNB can meaningfully accelerate revenue growth as the company plans to keep investing in improving the core service and relaunch experiences in 2025, before we become more constructive on the stock. We continue to see ABNB as a dominant platform within travel; however, we believe its current multiple reflects its position. We see limited upside to shares over the next 12 months and also limited downside given its ongoing share buyback program. We maintain our Market Perform rating and see shares as fairly valued at ~19x EV/2026E EBITDA.
