Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.04 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, with shareholders’ approval on 03 June 2024. Dividends will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09882, amounting to HKD 0.044 per share, with payment scheduled for 28 June 2024. The company also detailed withholding tax rates for non-resident shareholders, applying 10% for those from countries with tax treaties with China, and 20% for those without.
