Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of Tietto Minerals Limited, with Zhaojin Capital, its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, securing 90.72% voting power and proceeding with the compulsory acquisition of remaining shares. The process culminated in Tietto Minerals Limited being delisted from the ASX on June 6, 2024.
