YPF Sociedad Anonima (YPF) has released an update.
YPF Sociedad Anónima has successfully concluded its Exchange Offer, allowing holders of its 8.500% Senior Notes due July 2025 to swap for new 8.750% Senior Notes due 2031. The offer, expiring on October 3, 2024, involved up to $500 million in aggregate principal amount and is expected to settle on October 7, 2024. With no proration due to the Offer Cap not being exceeded, the exchange will see $461,700 in new notes issued, enhancing the company’s financial flexibility.
