YPF Sociedad Anónima has announced the early results of its cash tender offers for up to $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 2025 and 2027 notes. The offers, which are part of a debt restructuring strategy, have seen significant investor interest and are subject to conditions detailed in the Offer to Purchase. Notes tendered by the early deadline will receive an early tender consideration, with the purchase expected to occur on the Early Settlement Date.
