Worldsec Limited recently announced that all proposed resolutions were successfully passed during their Annual General Meeting on September 10, 2024, including the re-election of board members and the appointment of BDO Limited as auditors. The meeting, held at The Groucho Club in London, saw unanimous support for each resolution, with a 100% vote in favor across the board, indicating strong shareholder confidence.
