Workspace Group plc R.E.I.T. (GB:WKP) has released an update.
Workspace Group plc has announced that two key executives, CEO Graham Clemett and CFO Dave Benson, were granted conditional share awards under the company’s Deferred Bonus Plan on June 26, 2024. The awards were given at no cost to the executives, with Clemett receiving 30,692 shares and Benson 16,888 shares, as part of their managerial compensation. These transactions occurred outside of a trading venue, signifying an internal reward mechanism for these top management members.
