Wolters Kluwer Progresses €1 Billion Share Buyback

This is a part of their ongoing share buyback program, aiming to repurchase €1 billion worth of shares in 2024. As of now, the company has bought back 3,336,766 shares at an average price of €143.24, with the repurchased shares intended for capital reduction through cancellation.
