Wolters Kluwer Advances Share Buyback Program

Wolters Kluwer N.V. (GB:0NMU) has released an update.

Wolters Kluwer has recently bought back 119,272 of its own shares at an average price of €153.10, spending €18.3 million as part of its €1 billion share repurchase program for 2024. To date, the program has seen the company repurchase 3,935,591 shares at an average price of €144.83, totaling €570 million. The repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares for capital reduction through cancellation.
