WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings (WSC) just unveiled an announcement.
WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. has announced plans for a strategic acquisition of McGrath RentCorp, involving a two-step merger process that will result in McGrath becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of WillScot Mobile Mini. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals, including compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act. Both companies are actively cooperating with the Federal Trade Commission, which has requested additional information, to which WillScot Mobile Mini has recently certified substantial compliance.
