Whitbread (GB:WTB) has released an update.
Whitbread PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 12,912 of its ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 2,965.10p each. Since April 30, 2024, the company has acquired a total of 3,554,160 shares for £106.2 million. The repurchase reduces the total number of voting rights, setting the new denominator for shareholder notifications at 180,980,919.
