Whitbread (GB:WTB) has released an update.
Whitbread PLC has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 2,874 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 2,926.46p each, as part of its ongoing share buyback program, which has seen the company spend over £132 million since April 30, 2024. Following the transaction, Whitbread’s total issued share count stands at 192,534,626 with 12,454,718 held in treasury, and the total voting rights are 180,079,908.
