Well Health Technologies (TSE:WELL) has released an update.
WELL Health Technologies Corp. is set to broaden its reach in the Canadian healthcare market by acquiring 10 ‘The Health Clinic by Shoppers’ medical clinics, which will be integrated into its WELL Clinic brand and are projected to bring in $8M in annual revenue. The company plans to enhance these clinics with its proprietary technologies, including AI tools, and aims to recruit additional physicians to expand patient care.
