Weichai Power Co., Ltd. has announced proposed amendments to its Articles of Association and Rules of Procedure for General Meetings following the abolition of certain Chinese regulatory provisions. These changes, aimed at aligning with existing laws and supporting the company’s operational development, are expected to have no material effect on shareholder rights and require approval at the upcoming EGM.
