Waratah Minerals Director Buys Shares

Battery Minerals Ltd. (AU:WTM) has released an update.

Andrew Stewart, a director at Waratah Minerals Limited, has increased his shareholdings through an on-market purchase, acquiring 75,000 ordinary shares at $0.135 each. This transaction, which occurred on April 24, 2024, has been reported in compliance with the ASX listing rule 3.19A.2. Stewart now holds a direct interest in 75,000 ordinary shares, in addition to 750,000 Class A and 750,000 Class B Performance Rights through A L Stewart Family Pty Ltd, where he is a director and shareholder.
